Django Admin primarily manages data. Deals, approvals and complex workflows need dedicated screens; default lists and forms can become cumbersome.
Database queries grow with the catalog
Unoptimized ORM lists can make separate queries for related objects: the N+1 problem. Pagination, indexes and relation loading need checks with realistic data volumes; changing languages alone does not fix it.
Async depends on the whole request path
Synchronous middleware and calls from async code need adapters. Complex APIs require compatibility checks for ORM operations, transactions and libraries; declaring an async function does not make the entire request non-blocking.
