How gomvp.dev handles data from public pages, accounts and project forms. Updated August 18, 2026.

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers gomvp.dev, its public forms and the gomvp.dev account area. Questions and data requests can be sent to hello@gomvp.dev.

2. Data we receive

The exact data depends on the action you take.

  • contact and project forms: name, email, company, message, project answers, links and uploaded files;
  • accounts: email, name, company details, account status and email-confirmation history;
  • technical context: IP address, user agent, source page, locale, request time, security logs and required cookie or session identifiers;
  • correspondence and project records created while we discuss or deliver work.

3. Why we use it

We use data to answer requests, prepare estimates, operate accounts, deliver agreed work, keep an inquiry history, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing is based on your request or consent, contract-related steps, service security and legal requirements where applicable.

4. Service providers and AI analysis

Data may be handled by hosting, database, object-storage and email providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

When project AI analysis is requested, relevant project answers and supported attachments may be sent to the configured OpenAI service to create a draft. The draft is reviewed before it becomes working project data.

5. Cookies and website analytics

Required cookies and local storage keep sessions, language and consent choices working. If website analytics is enabled, it measures visits and form interactions on gomvp.dev; it does not collect data from products such as the Four Lines watch face.

6. Storage and security

Data is kept while it is needed for the request, account, project history, security or a legal obligation. Access is limited to authorized work and protected with technical and organizational controls. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your choices

You may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Send the request from the relevant email address to hello@gomvp.dev. We may retain limited records when required for security, contracts or law.
